I am not one to wear much regarding jewelry or accessories & when I do I stick to what I know. Monochromatic. Typically only a metal. No hues.
A newer line has definitely been catching my eye. Fun, but classy. Simple, yet firmly stated. Showcases colour while being chic.
Meet Ashley Lane…
There really are pieces what would match almost any style. They can be layered, mix & matched. Also, she names these gems in a sweetly fierce manner.
“Inspired by the edge of the city and the heart of the country, the Ashley Lane Collection harmonizes style and femininity into chic, unique pieces for every occasion.
Born and raised on the Canadian prairies, the fun-lovin’ Ashley Lane Waller was ironically immersed in the world of shiny jewels before she even owned her first pair of cowboy boots. Learning from the absolute best – her father, who has owned and operated a successful jewelry business since 1977 – Ashley Lane has developed a true passion for the beauty of jewelry and a love for design inspired by the cultures in which she was raised.”
My favourite part about this Canadian girl & her collection, other then her great eye for consistent style & quality? Ashley knows how important it is to give back when you can. She can. She does.
“As a life long goal to be involved in philanthropy, Ashley Lane will continue to give back – both on a local and global scale. She will be donating a portion of sales from a featured piece every month to different charities around the world. It doesn’t matter how big or small, she wants to hear from you – if there is a charity near-and-dear to your heart please tell her your story at firstname.lastname@example.org”
It is funny that I rarely wear colour, (whether you look in my closet, jewelry box or drawers – even my condo in general, you get silver, grey, black, beige, white…), yet these drop emerald hued earrings are an item that my eyes immediately fall to. They are simple, elegant & understated while holding their own.
